Mini cardboard model, MATSUMOTO CASTLE, made in Japan
One of 12 existing castle towers in Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture. Built from the end of the Azuchi-Momoyama period to the beginning of the Edo period, the castle tower is designated a national treasure. The castle tower was auctioned off in 1897 and was in danger of being dismantled, but it was redeemed through the efforts of local influential people such as Ryozo Ichikawa and escaped trouble.
