Saibashi chopsticks are kitchen utensils. Longer (minimum 30 cm) than traditional baguettes for eating, they are used when cooking or frying food. Often made of bamboo since it is resistant to strong heat, it can also be found in metal. In Asia, they are also used a lot to make very fine scrambled eggs. It is a real utensil to have in our kitchens, or for table service and which we would not do without once adopted!
