The transport of your package

Order preparation

Upon receipt of your payment, the order is processed and shipped as soon as possible (within 3 working days). Delivery takes place within an average of 2 to 3 working days for mainland France and 5 days for European Union countries from your payment.

Packing

Since 2006, we already have more than 30,000 packages sent. We therefore have experience with shipping and packaging, to ensure safety throughout transport.

Eco-responsible approach

We collect boxes from various merchants in the Normandy region, in order to reuse them when sending goods. In view of the number of daily shipments, this allows us to limit costs and of course reduce waste.

Routing and sending

We deposit the packages daily, from Monday to Friday, directly in the postal sorting center in order to limit the handling of the packages as much as possible and to limit breakages.

Packages are shipped by the DPD carrier or the post office and delivered to the delivery address on the order form.

Packages are shipped by DPD carrier or mail and delivered to the shipping address on the order form . As indicated on the card product , participation in shipping costs may be increased depending on the size and weight of the ordered products ( bulky or heavy objects). In this case, the delivery is made through a carrier, transport costs are then negotiated beforehand.
